Starting Point
During the research into this object, the strobe light. I found different connections to social issues. For example the first major use of the strobe light was to photograph atomic bomb explosions during the second world war as a part of the Manhattan Project. The influence or inducing effect of epilepsy was found during a 1997 episode of the anime Pokemon during the episode Electric Soldier Porygon. This is also the reason why fire alarms or any other flashing alarm only strobe 1 Hz.
In a research paper of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology was found that Stobe lights have a positive effect on the brain of people who suffer from alzheimers decease. It shows that when exposed to 40 Hz light strobing this may reduce the risk of toxic beta amyloid proteins in the brain.
