De printstudio in gevestigd in het Publication Station op de begaande grond op de Blaak 10.

Inktjet print Epson Stylus Pro 4900 - tot A2 formaat Deze kun je reserveren via mywdka.nl (planning & reservations >> machines) Je print bij voorkeur met Photoshop hierop. Als je deze vier punten checkt, kun je foutloos printen: 1. Formaat fotopapier invullen 2. Oriëntatie kiezen (portrait/landscape) 3. Juiste print profiel kiezen 4. Xerox Multifunction printers Printtips voor de Xerox 7545 machines

Alléén een foto: Photoshop, 1-laag (flattened), TIFF met eventueel LZW compressie.

Foto + tekst: InDesign: PDF/X a:2001, ZIP-compressie, profiel FOGRA 39, eventueel snijtekens (registration marks) en afloop (bleed) 3 mm.

Foto + logo Illustrator > bewaar als PDF/X a:2001 Photoshop, 1-laag (flattened), TIFF met eventueel LZW compressie.

Illustrator: Ook bewaren als PDF (zie hierboven), maar bij gebruik van veel verlopen, openen in Photoshop en als 300 dpi TIFF bewaren.

Word: Gebruik bij voorkeur Xerox printer

Kleurgebruik

Als het alleen voor presentatie is: blijf in RGB modus in alle programma’s.

Als het ook als drukwerk naar buiten gaat: ga naar CMYK modus.

(Dit hoef je alleen bij exporteren naar PDF te doen. PDF/X a:2001 is default CMYK). Voor foto’s: op 100% afmeting geprint: 300 dpi. Bij Groot Formaat Prints mag dit ook minder zijn (180 dpi – 300 dpi).
