Get a spirograph and use only the circles.<br />
<br />
Illustrator file:<br />
1. Pick a font and type one letter.<br />
2. Left mouseclick and create outlines.<br />
3. copy/past the letter and put it over the other.<br />
3. Effect -> Stylize -> round corners. (+/_ 30mm)<br />
4. Stroke -> Weight 3pt -> round cap -> Align stroke outside -> select dashed lines -> 5,5 pt gab<br />
5. Object -> flatten transparancy -> 100 % vector<br />
6. Window -> pathfinder ->minusfont<br />
7. Delict inner line and delete it<br />
8. Make the stroke 0,02 mm (red) NO FILL!<br />
