For good prints follow these steps:

Place paper with printable side down in the drawer (face down) in the right corner.

Place the guides in the direction of the paper. Not too tight, the paper should be moveable.

Firmly close the drawer.

Do NOT log in under your own name with the MATTE printer
Printer should be loged in as Print Studio.

Always use the PRESETS! In stead of adjusting the paper size.

Never use only A4 of A3 as a size, there should always be the word SHEET going together.

A4 means roll papersize A4. You need cut sheet.

In case you are changing to A3+ (Luster of GLoss),

check if the printersettings are not set on BORDER. Change the settings to CASSETTE.

Check papersize. You will find it above your photo after you pressed PRINT.

Check paper profile. It will only show up if you change to PHOTOSHOP MANAGES COLOURS.

Click on the button below. Scroll up until you see the VLL profile that says: Luster 260, of Gloss 250.

If it asks you to put in a roll of paper, skip the print order on the mac.

Press the upper right button to return to the home screen (paper roll lift button)

Press the button left of the OK button to change from roll paper to CUT SHEET.

The symbol on the left downside of the screen will change from a roll to a paper sheet

Change ink only when the printer stops printing and asks you te replace the ink.

The flickering light only indicates that you have to order new ink soon.

MAT 230 grams A4 is only printable on one side.

The whitest side is printable and goes face down in the drawer.

Only 230 A2 and 170 grams are printable on both sides.
