After exposing
Use the shower head to make both sides of the screen wet and rinse from the inside of the screen. Do this until you washed away all of the non exposed emulsion, and you can see through it.
Wash off ink after printing
Use the shower head to rinse the inside of the screen to wash off most of the ink. Then use the sponge to scrub all the left over ink off the screen on both sides and rinse again with water.
Clean emulsion off the screen
Wash the ink off (as above) and apply emulsion stripper with a brush to both sides of the screen. Make circles with the brush and work it in very thoroughly.
