Additionional Information:
For this project I want to continue on the rainbow part of my project in Q7 of Digital Craft.
This can be found on this page: User:LV/PRACTICE RESEARCH#RAINBOWS
I added rainbows on ordinary objects through different analogue techniques.
This fascinates me because the beauty of the ordinary object is subject to perspective. I want people to decelerate from their daily live.
For example in CD-cases, this rainbow reflection that only appears when you turn it in a certain angle.
This search for beauty links to the work Beauty of Olafur Eliassion, where a rainbow appears and disappears depending on one's location.
A possible result for this project could be something with the CD-cases, or creating a real life experience.
For my research I want to look more into references in the art world and do research on the material and reflections.
An interesting book about the search for beauty in the artworld that I would like to start reading is: The Subliem by Hans den Hartog.
So a lot of experimenting with form and experience, and asking myself the following questions: How do i intensify this rainbow beauty in ordinary objects, what light source should i use or what is the viewers position?
After pitch and feedback my goal now is:
I think the CD cases are an interesting beginning point but I need to look further than that.
Right now I need to focus on the question: how to link analogue rainbows with digital technologies.?
Explore rainbows in the digital world. For example: rainbows in the refracting light in screens.

Seen in the Subway, the plastic creates rainbows in the view of the screen:
When taking a picture with my iPhone of a iMac screen.
- show: a computer screen light highlighting the rainbow on cd case - pushing on a LCD screen (https://www.quora.com/Why-do-LCD-screens-distort-when-you-push-on-them-too-hard) - try: is there a way that you can use plastic as glasses to see rainbows on screens?
