Wood carving is a form of woodworking by means of a cutting tool (knife) in one hand or a chisel by two hands or with one hand on a chisel and one hand on a mallet, resulting in a wooden figure or figurine, or in the sculptural ornamentation of a wooden object.

what is
Stone carving is an ancient activity where pieces of rough natural stone are shaped by the controlled removal of stone. Owing to the permanence of the material, stone work has survived which was created during our prehistory.

I started with a workshop from High on Type with Janno Hahn on 27 Februari.
Soapcarving
what is
Carving in soap, create forms and you can use it as a mold to multiply the object.
what I did
Together with Simone and Astrid we made 3 different soaps. After this we went to ceramic station. There we grease the form with silicone. This action did not go how we wanted to go. We wanted to create a mold but I ended up with a silicone soap, A negative of my own version which is also nice to see.
